This can happen over time or appear to come on quite suddenly and can effect the use of your elbow, wrist and hand
some of the most common symptoms include
- pain on the inside of your elbow
- pain and/or difficulty on gripping and carrying
- pain and/or difficulty on wrist movements
- pain and/or stiffness in the morning can be an indicator of how far along the injury has progressed
This injury can be treated and strenghtening, activitiy modification and bracing have been shown to help decrease pain, increase function and aid in healing timeframes.
